The way I work is that I help people look at the body holistically using hair mineral testing (HTMA) as a starting point. This allows us to look at root cause nutrient and mineral deficiencies on a cellular level that may be causing symptoms. If you would like, additional functional labs may be ordered (for an additional cost depending on the lab) and would be discussed between you and I in the secure client platform.

My work is all virtual, which is convenient across time zones and lifestyles. Testing is done in the privacy of your own home and you send it to the lab yourself. Once I receive your results from the lab (turnaround time is usually 2 weeks), I review your results, write a comprehensive report including a customized protocol, and film a video going over your lab work and results.

Many clients find the video review very helpful. The benefit is that they can watch it multiple times, especially if they have questions, and at their leisure instead of having to set aside time in their already busy schedule for an appointment.

After you receive the report, you have one month unlimited text support in the secure client platform while you implement your protocol. Everyone starts in a different place and needs a different level of support. You can ask me as much or as little as you would like regarding your protocol and your options. This means we’re chatting about any questions/supports/accountability instead of you being on your own after a visit with your provider, OR having to pay to make more appointments.

I don’t start with large packages with a slew of functional labs which can cost thousands of dollars. I also don’t provide generic nutrition and health education because I want it to be specific, targeted, and based on YOUR labs and unique physiology. Lab is included in the cost.
